My name is Jo, and I am the founder of Meadows Hypnotherapy.

I started Meadows Hypnotherapy in 2023 after I completed my Diploma in Hypnotherapy.

How I can help

Hypnotherapy is a deep state of relaxation. Whilst you are deeply relaxed, I will use simple, gentle and non-invasive techniques to communicate with the subconscious part of your brain. This will support you in making the changes that you want to make.

Hypnotherapy can help and support people with a range of conditions and difficulties, such as stress, anxiety, confidence and self-esteem plus much more.

I provide child-centred and relationship-led support creating an environment where the child feels safe, listened to and understood. I can support children and young people through emotional challenges, transitions, anxiety, confidence and everyday wellbeing issues.

Appointments

If you would like to book an appointment, please get in touch.

All new clients must have an initial consultation. This lasts between 1.5 to 2 hours and there is no charge for this.

Most people generally need between 4 and 6 sessions; however, everyone is individual.

At our first meeting I can explain how hypnotherapy works and answer any questions or offer reassurance for any worries that you may have.
